S3 / X3 Certified Repairs (Drop Off Required)


Service Description

Have your S3 or X3 serviced by a VanMoof certified workshop. Repairs typically take 24 to 72 hours to complete, but our team will do everything we can to get your bike up and running as quickly as possible. FOR BATTERY SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO CHECK ON THE AVAILABILITY OF PARTS. **IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*** **Due to limited availability and high-demand, we charge a non-refundable $25 booking fee for VanMoof appointments. The fee will be applied to your final repair invoice, so it helps to make sure that appointments are available as needed and not wasted on no-shows.** *Following the Bankruptcy, VanMoof does not cover repairs under warranty claims or peace-of-mind service plans. All repairs cost are at the owner's expense.* *For S2, A5 and S5 Models, please contact us first.*

Cancellation Policy

VanMoof repair appointments require a $25 booking fee, which is applied as a credit towards the final repair invoice. This fee is non-refundable and cancellations require prior authorization. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24-hours prior to your appointment without penalty.
