Return + Refund Policy

  • Most bicycles may be exchange for a store credit within 10 days of purchase, subject to inspection and the sole approval of Kruse + Company management. Any wear and tear or damage to the bicycle, its components, accessories, or other items included with the bicycle, will be subject to a reduction in the credited amount. All returns of bicycles are subject to a minimum $500 restocking fee.
     

  • Returns available for unopened, unused item within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a refund. Returns without a receipt a subject to approval and valid for store credit only.|
     

  • All helmets, final sale items, deposits, special orders, and all Riese & Müller bicycles are non-refundable.
     

  • Return of defective products subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
     

  • No refunds or credits for Labor chargers.
     

  • Returns or refunds for items or products not covered under the above written policies are at the sole discretion of Kruse + Company.
